About Us: For the Providers

Rubin Orthopedics strives to make your interaction with our office pleasant and successful. Our front desk staff always answers the phone and are happy to assist you in getting your patients seen as quickly as possible. We do not close our office for lunch, so please feel free to call between the hours of 8am – 5pm.

Our medical staff is available to help you determine if your patient needs to be seen by our office and what studies should be offered prior to their appointment. We also pride ourselves with giving follow-up on how the patient was treated. A note will be faxed to your office detailing the patient visit within 24-48 hours.

If you have a question for our physician assistants, they would be happy to discuss any questions with you over the phone. In addition, Dr. Rubin is always available to discuss patient treatment with physicians at any time. Please call the office for his contact information. Also, over the weekend and holidays, trained staff check the office answering machine three times per day. If there is an urgent message, our office will respond as soon as possible.
